| We can offer you several different options for cleaning the roof algae stains from your roof surface - |
- We can provide immediate results, as in the roof pictures above. This will require the application of our cleaning product, followed by a manual rinsing of the entire roof surface. We will clean as much area as possible from the ground or ladder, using our 36 ft. extensions. There are still instances when we must access the roof for hard to reach areas. This cleaning process requires quite a bit of manual labor hours.
- We can also offer, at a reduced cost to you, a delayed results cleaning process that allows us to apply a different cleaning agent, which we will leave on the roof surface, allowing Mother Nature's rain to do the rinsing for us. Within 3-6 months, the algae stains will disappear, we guarantee it! See the roof pictures below. This cleaning process cuts the labor hours substantially, thus the cost savings potential.
- We can offer a combination of the two above options. An example of this would be cleaning and rinsing the roof area on the front of your home for immediate results, and treating the rest of your roof surface using the delayed results method. In this way, the area that is most visible would be cleaned the same day.

These next three pictures show a roof that the customer agreed to clean just one corner to highlight what a difference a "stain free, clean roof" can make.
The first picture was obviously a "before" picture of the roof .
The second picture was taken 3 months later. By then, it was practically stain free, with only a few spots still barely visible. These were completely gone in another 1.5 months.
The third picture was taken nearly 2 yrs. later, and as clean as ever from the initial treatment. We are giving the customer a discount and will be treating the entire roof soon. You can easily to see the spray line where the roof surface was treated. The more rain from Mother Nature, the quicker the results.
When using the delayed results method, we routinely monitor the progress of your roof surface. After about 3 months, if we are not satisfied with the progress of the diminishing algae stains, we will return and apply an additional treatment at no cost to the homeowner. This will insure that the stains will continue to diminish, at an even faster pace.

House Washing Using Low Pressure
Using a high pressure washer at full blast is not really the answer. You want your home's exterior cleaned up but powerwashing alone doesn't do the job. Instead, it's better to utilize a gentle washing technique with landscape friendly cleaners. We kill the mold and remove its source of growth from siding and brick. Your property becomes cleaner, safer and more healthy. We let our cleaning agents do the hard work on the mildew and stains, and then rinse it off with low pressure. Using a pressure washer can be done safely, but can also cause damage if used improperly.

Driveway/Carport/Patio Pressure Washing
We do it the old fashioned way - hard work. It takes a little longer, but seems to do a better job than the fancy machines. We also apply cleaning agents first on the heavily stained jobs. |
